Began eating weight loss foods after lunch

weight; 220lbs.; goal 195

B - 2 eggs w/cheese, 2 pc. bacon, grits, 2 pc. wheat toast, tea
L- meatball sub with bellpepper/mushrooms, tea
D- salad w/turkey, one slice cheese, balsamic dressing, boiled egg whites only
Snack - apple

I WOULD USE EGG WHITES,FAT FREE CHEESE,BACON BITS, HALF TEASPOON,WHEAT TOAST WITH SMART BALANCE.SUBSTITUTE VEGETABLES FOR THE MEATBALLS IN THE SUB.I DON'T KNOW IF FAT IS A CONCERN AT THIS TIME OF THE DIET.IF NOT THEN ALL OF THIS LOOKS GOOD TO ME.
