Snack - 8 oz. V8 low sodium
B-two poached egg whites, 4oz. chicken breast, 2 pc. wheat toast, 5 tbs. grits, tea
Snack - handful of raw almonds
L-whole wheat wrap with 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice of cheese, romaine lettuce, mustard, tea
D- small greek salad and one sausage link from Johnny's Pizza, tea
Snack - 1/2 cup 2% milk
