Snack-8oz. low sodium V8 juice
B-two omega3 eggs, 2 pc. bacon, ezekial toast sandwich, tea
Snack-handful of almonds
L-sausage link sub, tea (bad today)
D-calzone (bad today)

Oh, by the way I am taking the following to keep cholesterol and Lp(a) levels low:

40 mg. Simvistatin which reduces the LDL
3,000 mg. Niaspan which reduces the Lp(a), LDL and raises HDL. Only prescription known to do this

I supplement daily with:

The Nutrition Shoppe.net men's multi-vitamin
CoQ10 - 200 mg
B6, B12, Folic Acid
2 tsp. fish oil
