Obviously, if you are on the road during the day it is a little difficult to choose a place particularly if you are tired of eating salads, egg whites, etc. If you can find a good vegetable restaurant which really does not exist in my area that is the best place to eat while out working.
B-two poached egg whites, one lean pork chop, 1pc toast, hashbrowns, unsweet tea
L-vegetarian burrito; Moe's, unsweet tea
Snack-one small Johnny's Pizza sausage link, unsweet tea
D-Lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers, walnut salad with Balsamic vinegar, tea

I'm happy to hear that your life was saved by that test. Was it done on an EBT scanner or a multidetector scanner? I have performed over 5,000 of these cardiac scans and have detected heart disease in many patients that most likely would have progressed to have a cardiac event.. I worked with Dr. Arthur Agatston who founded the calcium score. He has been lecturing for years on the benefits of knowing your calcium score which the insurance companies have ignored. The insurance companies are very slow to catch up with technology. They took about 10 years to pay for mammograms. I do know of an insurance company for Firemen in South Florida who pays for the exam if the patient has a risk factor such as hypertension.
