I will weigh again after two weeks on the plan. I realize eating these amounts of food would make you believe that weight loss will not occur but by actually eating low glycemic quality foods it keeps the "fire" burning and your body loses the fat. The worst thing I can do is not eat. It makes me go into "starvation" mode and will burn less fat. Anyway, when I weigh we will see if it is working.
I cannot stress enough how important it is for me not to eat after 8pm. This strategy really causes quick weight loss. When I gained the most weight I was basically snacking all night long after dinner and almost everynight consuming a bowl of cereal about 30 minutes prior to going to bed. That was a recipe for gaining weight and this is what has contributed to my recent weight gain. All of us I believe have a hard time with consistency but I did it before and I can do it again and this time keep it off.
B at 6:30-whole grain flakes, banana, 2% milk
B at 8:30-two poached egg whites, 5 tbs. grits, 2 pc wheat toast, 1 4oz. chicken breast, tea
Snack- handful of almonds and 15 green grapes
L-one small pc of thin lean porkchop, brown rice, water
Snack-once slice of light sausage/mushroom pizza, tea
D-Cod Sandwich, 10 french fries, egg white sandwich later
Snack-raisins, banana
