HDL! New study confirms why it should be high!


Hnida: Abnormal Good Cholesterol Levels A Problem

A study presented to the American Heart Association found 75 percent of heart attack victims have normal cholesterol levels, but one thing they do have in common is an abnormal level of HDL, or good, cholesterol. HDL is the one type of cholesterol where the higher the number, the better. Sometimes that number is ignored if overall and LDL, or bad, cholesterol levels are within normal range.
